Inked Recruits Rejected

I have long been an advocate of helping potential military candidates who cannot gain entry into the service because of a disqualifying tattoo. Deeply discounted laser removal and an accelerated treatment protocol have made my practice the "go-to" headquarters for the entire New England area. Fax a letter from your recruiter verifying the problematic tattoo and give us a call.

Lines and Spiders and Hairs, Oh My!

Those troublesome tell-tale lines of aging: crow's feet, worry lines, smile lines, and scowl lines. And spider veins, broken capillaries, or rosacea redness can bring you down, especially if they're troublesome to cover with make-up. And let's not forget those pesky whisker hairs sprouting on the sides of the chin or upper lip! It seems you just can't keep up with plucking them, and who wants tedious painful electrolysis? Easy solutions are available and you don't have "to just live with it" anymore!

Spring Forward

The cold grey winter is behind us and New England is coming alive. As the lawns green up and the tree tips blush with tender new leaves, consider repairing the seasonal damage to your facial skin. Indoor forced hot air and outdoor blustery winds have left your face dry, cracked and dull. Something as simple as a 20 minute microdermabrasion can clear away dead skin, reduce fine lines, and restore a healthy glow to your face.

Take Care of What's Inside

What we put in our bodies determines what shows on the outside.
Your diet can greatly affect the appearance of your skin, hair and nails.
Before considering which cosmetic procedures to do or what cosmeceuticals to apply, please take inventory of what you are eating.
Also, drink plenty of water to keep your skin well-hydrated.
Quit smoking if you haven't already done so and never leave the house without SPF. (A hat with a broad brim and a pair of sunglasses wouldn't hurt either!)
Lastly, a consistent cardio and strength training schedule will keep your skin glowing and full of vitality.
If I were to endorse one single healthy eating lifestyle, it would be Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet.
