I have been a member of a Health and Fitness Club of some kind all over the country for the past 35 years and have been a fan of weight training since Arnold first brought it mainstream. Recently I discovered greater Manchester's best kept secret little gym in Goffstown on Daniel Plummer Rd, near St. Anselm College. Gold's Gym of Goffstown is just celebrating their 2 year anniversary. This precious hideaway features a generous unshared parking lot, spacious clean and cozy locker rooms, a warm and friendly staff and all that you need in strength training, cardio equipment, and more. I couldn't help feel that old-school charm with the steel dumbbells. Yet, there are up-to-date machines of all kinds. The amount and variety of leg equipment was the greatest surprise. The member cross-section is a broad range of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. All seemed polite and there isn't that intense feeling of being rushed off of equipment sometimes present at other gyms. Please stop in my office for a Free 7 Day Pass.
